MGI provides the following options for yacht sellers and yacht owners.

  • Fee-based brokerage services. Buyers and sellers can save money with our fee-based system. As a rule, the typical percentage based fee structure benefits brokers more than owners or buyers. As the client, you have the option of working with us on a fee basis or percentage; you make the call.
  • Owner’s Representation. MGI will work on behalf of the yacht owner to set a proper sales price, market the boat, and execute the final sale.
  • Buyer’s Representation. If you’re looking to buy a yacht, MGI can work on your behalf in the search, evaluation and purchase of your new vessel.
